The lease agreement (90 m2) include kitchen/dining-room, washroom with washing machine & deep-freeze, living
room with TV, bedroom with double bed and two bedroom with 2 beds.

The lease agreement allows for maximum 6 persons, from Saturday at 14 o’clock until the following Saturday at 10 o’clock.
The house will be handed over in a clean condition and must be delivered in the same condition.

Half of the rent is to be paid no later than 8 days upon reservation, the second half upon arrival.
The key can be picked up with the landlady (about 500 meters from the premises).

All supply and firewood are paid by the tenant.
Possible damages to the house/inventory are paid by the tenant.

 High season: kr. 3.800,- /week
Middle season: kr. 3.200,- /week
Low season: kr. 2.600,- /week

The tenant must bring along bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels.
